Does anybody make a spare steel wheel in 17" with at least 4.5" backspacing with 5-4 3/4 stud spacing.

You could always just use a stocker 14"/15" and just use a larger profile tire.

Are you trying to clear a certain brake setup?

Yes trying to clear c5 front disks. No problem on rear.

There are two different versions of the C4 spare. One fits the 12" brakes, the other the larger 13". I don't know if they will clear a C5 package.

I'm using a late model GTO compact spare I bought from a salvage yard. Works on my 65 with C5 calipers and 13 inch rotors.

Not a "spare" exactly, but a Cragar Black Soft 8 17" steelie with a wheel spacer would be a cheap option?
