That cam is a SB276R6, 276/276 at .020, 243/243 at .050, 162/162 at .200, .582"/.582" gross valve lift, and 106 LSA. The valve lash is .026" HOT, .022" COLD, the adjustment range is from .018" Hot to .030" hot.
The timing at .020 is:
IVO 36° BTDC IVC 60° ABDC EVO 68° BBDC EVC 28°ATDC

Hope this helps, the cam is over 10 years old.
