: Guys, beware! Home Depot/Lowes scam!

I know that a lot of you like to "do it yourself" around the home but I wanted
you to be aware..

A "Heads Up" for those men who may be regular Home Depot customers. Over the
last month I became a victim of a clever scam while out shopping. Simply
going out to get supplies has turned out to be quite traumatic. Don't be naive
enough to think it couldn't happen to you or your friends. Here's how the scam
works.

Two seriously good-looking 20-21 year-old girls come over to your car as you
are packing your shopping into the trunk. They both start wiping your
windshield with a rag and Windex, with their breasts almost falling out of
their skimpy T-shirts. It is impossible not to look. When you thank them and
offer them a tip, they say "No" and instead ask you for a ride to another Home
Depot or Lowe's.

You agree and they get in the back seat. On the way, they start undressing.
Then one of them climbs over into the front seat and starts crawling all over
you, while the other one steals your wallet.

I had my wallet stolen November 4th, 9th, 10th, twice on the 15th, 17th, 20th
& 24th. Also December 1st, 4th, twice on the 6th, three times just yesterday,
and very likely this coming weekend.

So tell your friends to be careful.

I got into an very nasty argument with the mentally deficient cashier at our Lowes on Saturday. Seems that if they give you an in store credit on one of those darned cards they give you you can't use it for a purchase if one of the items in that purchase is a gift card. And it seems that it is too much trouble (or too much trouble to train your cashier how to) after refusing to honor their in store credit card to back the gift card out so you can use the store credit on the lumber and pay for the gift card separately. If that moron even comes close to my truck with anything ready to fall out of her top or not I'm smacking her up side the head with a 2 x 4.

I swear, after 20 plus years dealing with Lowes and Home Depot both in and out of the construction business I'm amazed that they were able to crush all of the mom-pop lumber yards and hardware stores.

Well if I believe this post two things come to mind......How did you replace your wallet so many times w/o understanding the situation and Why were you stupid enough to get ripped of that many times?
