This may seem silly, but why did you install the adj prop valve in the front brake line? I changed my car over to front discs and kept the rear drums. I installed the adj prop valve in the rear line, to keep the rears from locking up.

What brakes do you have? drum/drum?

When I installed the 12bolt with rear discs already on it, I used the stock distribution block without an adjustable proportioning valve and the brakes work great. I just used a 4 wheel disc master cylinder from a 78-79 Trans Am.

Thanks guys,
For a street/strip application the prop valve is for limiting the front brakes.

The skinny tires go on the front, so the front needs less pressure.

And i want full pressure to the rear so i can hold the motor against the converter higher.
