My brother to built a 70 Nova with sbc 400 ,.030 over ,5.7 rods , We want to get the heads first and trying get a good complete ready to bolt in and try to get a set of piston with less dome or even a flat set and get around 10.5:1 compression max.

I found a set of Dart 230cc PRO aluminum ,the same store got the 215cc,200cc but not the 220cc which I think were the best choice.
Of the 230cc-215cc or the 200cc which will be the best?? or any complete good set set for less than $1000 ,that all he got for a set

We got a new cam for free graemlins/hurray.gif maybe this can help . select the best set
here are the specs.

with 10.5 to 1 compression i'd say probably the 200's would be optimum, but i'd go with the 215's just in case you get more serious with the engine later on.

I agree!! 200cc would be good. 215cc would probably work well too. I have the Pro 1 64cc 215's with 2.05 intake valves on my 355. It runs great.
