Is having a hotchkis rear sway bar with SSM lift bars a good combination for launching at the track?

I'm using SSM liftbars and Metco adjustable upper control arms,I added a new GM swaybar last winter with no improvements in consistency or 60ft times.FWIW

I have the SSM lower bars with stock boxed uppers and a stock GM sway bar. My rear springs are stock and I have the cheap Competition Engieering Shocks. I've run a best 60 ft of 1.63 on 4 year old worn out drag radials. I think my front end is holding me back, it is all stock with polyurethane pushing, sway bar, stock shocks, etc. I ran the 1.63 60ft when the car was not running right, the needle fell out of the needle & seat in my front carb bowl so the car was running way rich. When I got the problem fixed I picked up 1/2 second but ran a worse 60ft, I think I'm overpowering the old tires.
