ulySSes Dec 12th, 07, 11:18 PM He should have at least cleaned up the interior a bit. :o
Astro Vent Dec 12th, 07, 11:44 PM i don't think the pictures or the rims do the car justice
CRUZN69 Dec 13th, 07, 12:19 AM 18 coats of clear???? Beginner?
Why would you have a bored out 402? It came with a 454?
Astro Vent Dec 13th, 07, 12:25 AM yea its a w-code car, so it was an SS454 out of the factory
72ElkieSS Dec 13th, 07, 12:50 AM Where is la-la land? I've got some things to sell:D

Sneeky way of saying NOM.
BillyGman Dec 13th, 07, 8:58 PM I think it's that Barrett Jackson syndrome. All those "investors" paying 6 figure price tags for the real thing just keeps driving prices up on even those that aren't. ........ It's just crazy....
Chris R Dec 13th, 07, 10:52 PM The lack of a single bid does not supprise me for that price. Over 20K over priced IMO.

2nd that. #'s matching 72ss454 35-40k$, and nom w-code 15-21k$ imo.
IDoc Dec 14th, 07, 3:57 PM You wonder if these people just put their cars on E-bay with outrageous prices just to see what people are willing to pay for them. Or perhaps their just buying into that "sucker born every minute" thing.

i felt the same way maybe they are just gauging waht it may go for. But then why a high buy it now insteasd of just a high reserve ya know? they want whoever's willing to pay top dollar for a car that isn't worth it imo.
Junkyard Dawg Dec 15th, 07, 5:15 AM 18 coats of clear???? Beginner?
Ditto I was wondering about that. Better keep it out of the sun or you might have some paint issues in the future.
If he really has $30k in the car, he probably paid $5k tops for it, and is looking for a $5k profit. :o
bcice Dec 18th, 07, 12:24 AM C,mon fellas!! He did not say which numbers match! He might have meant that the fifth number in the vin matches the last number on the license plate.
Freddy Mercado Dec 18th, 07, 2:52 PM The drugs are sure getting stronger out there.
Junkyard Dawg Dec 18th, 07, 5:35 PM Notice the auction ended without a single bid?
Astro Vent Dec 19th, 07, 12:30 PM it must be because the starting bid is so ridiculously high, 40k? ya know?
yeah you can maybe pass that off on an ls6/5 matching numbers but not on what he was putting out there.
