Looks like the 4779 Holley is worth 20hp and 20lb-ft over your 3110S. Add to that what WolfPlace has found the Demon Carbs are capable of over the 4779 itself and you alot of room to grow!!! Could be up to 500hp! and definately over 500lb-ft 3500-5000rpm possibly. I'm just guessing here as I'm no expert but lately I've been hearing and reading nothing but great stuff about the Demons. Makes me want to reconsider the street avenger I just ordered :eek:

I'm in the same boat with the Carbs. Mine is a brand new 3310 and only has the pulls from the dyno on it. Too bad I cant return it to Summit. I thinking about a demon also since I need another Carb, but I have seen a post where the Demon 750 flow like a Holley 850. Any truth to this or could I run into a problem of overcarbing the engine. Maybe when UDHarold chime in he can give his recommendation on how the cam would react to a bigger carb.

Don't forget that was on a 500" roller engine with outstanding heads :D
That's why I said it wasn't an apples to apples comparison, just that the Demons I have used have been excellent ;)
