going to take the chevelle to the strip tomarrow.
havent run this combo yet.
this engine was built for a centrifucal supercharger but will be run N/A tommarow

what total timing should I start out with and
when should it be in by?

also what should I look for, for a air fuel ratio? right now Im looking at 12.3:1 N/A on top via LM-1(I know it shoud be richer when supercharged)

combo:
496 bbc
8.7:1 comp
brodix race rite oval ports
performer RPM ( for N/A)
800 holley DP
crane blower cam:
236 deg @.050 .553 lift (intake)
246 deg @.050 .571 lift (exhaust)
114 lsa
1 3/4 primary ceramic coated headers thru little dual exhaust (2 inch) (I know, I know)
ST-10 4sp
2.73 (I know, I know)
pizza cutter tires.
3800 lbs w/o me (add 230)

Right now just looking for mph, I know my short times will be terrible. Everyone has to start somewhere

thanks in advance

I misunderstood you..I thought you had the supercharger on there already graemlins/clonk.gif

your 15* base/36* total is ok..you can go higher..try 20* base,41 total since you have low compression
