Hey guys if i have put 2" dropspindals and 2" coils in the rear of my El camino do i need to get a special set of shocks? It doesnt change the shock travel with spindals right? The rear makes some sence as the spring is lower what have you guys done?

You should be fine with your old shocks. Springs control the height, shocks are just dampers.

He's not trying to control the height with the shocks, just account for it.
No, spindles shouldn't change shock travel, no issue there.
At 2 inches, I don't think the springs will make much difference either. You'll be 2 inches lower, and the shock will be 2 inches further down the tube. I don't think it cares. Your suspension travel hasn't changed, just where it sits while "at rest."
