Can anyone tell me wheather or not they made 68 bbc chevelle with ps?If so what was the water pump long or short? i have 68 camaro i have ps and trying to run a bb. i want to no if this will work with header and alt and ps on the same side?

Yes, they did have 68 big block chevelles with power steering. Pretty sure in 68 they came with a short water pump.

The P/S pump on '68 big blocks uses a separate fluid reservoir that mounts to the driver's side fender. All '68 and earlier big blocks have the short water pump with the alternator and P/S pump on the driver's side. I don't know whether this will work on a Camaro with headers.
