i found a lower one but need the upper one also who has the floor shift conversion parts for the column

Pop out the old one and bring it to a bearing place such as Motion Industries and have it matched up.

Used to be able to get them at 'The Car Shop' in Orange, CA. I haven't checked lately. I think I actually
got mine at the local Chevy dealer using a GM # I got from this site...

try calling True Connections for the bearing.

what exactly do you mean about a floor shift conversion for the column? if you're converting to a floor shifter, you'll have to find a floor shift column, otherwise you can remove the shifter handle from your automatic column but i don't like the look of that. then you'll need the clutch pedal assembly and also all the clutch fork parts including z-bar, and you'll have to weld a tab on the frame for the z-bar. i just did the conversion on my car, so i can go into more detail if need be.
