That is sad. I can remember seeing many old SS cars in junk yards about 15 years ago, never thinking that people in 2007 would be removing cowl tags and vin plates. I do hate seeing pictures of old SS 396 cars like in that ebay ad that are beyond hope of repairing. I wish these cars could live forever.

It is obvious to me that he is selling the cowl and the vin. In the future, someone will be selling a 67 SS, numbers matching, all original. Watch.
