Does anyone know if someone is making a correct '70 SS Dash structure. I know there are reproductions being made and they are pretty nice, but I can't deal with the incorrect type of lettering over the wiper switch. For all the time they put into making this part you would figure they would get something that simple correct. I saw a used one on eBay but I think it's too much. Does anyone know where I can get the correct repop or if someone has a super nice original one for sale at a good price. Thanks, Joe

Joe, I didnt think the re-pops where nice at all! (just my opinion) find a dash that the graining is nice and you can restore it yourself. use a silver metallic leaf pen to cut in the trim, you can get these at any arts and crafts store. I bought a nice dash for $450.00 and was happy to pay that for it. If you can get a original for around that price in good shape buy it!!! Norman:yes:

Dynacorn is the only one making a reproduction dash for '70 and '71. If you want dead nuts original, your only option is with an original dash. If the weight (size) of the wiper and lighter lettering is such an issue with you as far as an original look goes, are you going to have whatever dash that you find vacuum plated like the original for $700.00+?
