$8500 for that car??? Must be a scam... Buckets, convertible, and looks pretty nice (aside from some taste issues)... Even with no drivetrain and mismatched, rusted 14" wheels, that car should be worth more than $8500

I agree; it would be ok with regular wheels installed. Oh, I forgot replace the door panels too.

Used to have an old John Deere model 12 manure spreader years ago,had very similar looking wheels,just weren't chromed.:D

I don't remember where, But I've seen that car for sale before. I think they were asking 20+ then.

This car is for sale everywhere. I wonder how many times it's been paid for.

Well I was stuck in slooooow traffic Friday trying to get home. When one of those big rimed / little tire clown cars :yes: passed me, a late 70s Caprice. I laughed and shook me head and covered my eyes. The guy (black dude) (no African Americans here (by me) if your born in America then you American white or of color) driving the thing must have seen me and confronted me when I pulled up next to him again. Wanted to know what my problem with his ride was. :confused:I looked at him and said your stupid wheels make that thing look like a clown car from the circus. But that just my opinion you do what you want to your ride.:mad: He pops off said I did. Told him his car would look a lot better with a stock or 18-inch rims not the dam wagon wheels he had. Traffic moved and we were separated then back together again. :( He said I had no taste in cars; look at the truck I was driving, which is a stock Ford F250 Super duty super cab. :mad:I looked at him and said pal this is my tow truck for the collection I have, I spend money on something that worth something not on what I drive everyday or and tow my cars with. He started again :sad:and I had to cut him off. I told him if you do not want to hear what I have to say you should have keep yours mouth shut, and not bothered ME. He also started on about how inconsiderate I was.:mad: Looked at him again and said you were the one that started the conversation not me so get the f… over it.:yes: Turned up my radio and was forced to close the window because of us continued tyrant :sad:over his car. Thankfully, :hurray:we had progressed far enough for me to escape on to the interstate highway and get away from the dam nut.

I think someone forgot to put the team of horses in front of it.

I agree that those cars are butt ugly, but to say that it is a black thing is not right. I have seen my share of white dudes driving those junks or, what did you call them? Donks. Usually, something is started by someone, and others take note and do the same thing.

It's poor taste no matter what color you are. Someone's opinion of art doesn't mean it's truly art. I have seen white people with those ridiculous wheels, and wonder what in the world are they thinking?
