The 454 I had bored and stroked has the following numbers stamped right in the middle front T1211TRL. There were numbers on the pad right in front of the head but they are gone now. I was told it was a late 80's truck block. Any ideas? It was a painted blue.

yea It's a truck block.Suffix code TRL* 1973,74,78 or 81 range from 210-250 hp.Whats the date code on the bellhousing flange right rear?

Thanks, I'll look for date code tonight. I stripped it had it hot tanked, bored 30 over, decked and a Eagle Stroker kit with 10.3 to 1 pistons put in so I think the 210-250 hp is behind me now.
