does anyone know of a way to make the stock horse shoe shifter in 69 camaro and 1970 chevelle with console ratchet oor of a kit to make the shifter ratchet so as to keep a stock looking interior??? :cool: thanks guys

Nope...i just bought a B&M and used the stock console, looks awesome and functions great. Coulnd't be happier.

copo69, what he said. I would think that someone out there has fabbed up a horseshoe shifter to do just that, but it may take some trial and error.

i know someone has a done this someplace comeout come out where ever you are really want to keep the stock look

I've thought about it many times since I've got a hurst rachet shifter and a stock horseshoe shifter, never had the time to play with it.

so what idea have you thought of maybe we can come up with something/

The man at shiftworks.com may be able to help you guys out. He was very helpful to me when I was converting my stock powerglide shifter to a three speed shifter. I believe some of the stuff he sells were his ideas to start with. GOOD LUCK
