I haven't seen them for sale anywhere else. Competition Engineering has their 'Slide-a-Links', which are a similar set-up as the CalTracs. Summit, Jegs sells them.

There is nothing wrong with caltracs for the average street/strip racer, they have been proven to work fine, infact one of my good racing friends is going into the 9's in good air with mid 1.40 60ft's with cal tracs on a nose heavy BBC camaro.

My recommendation to Tony is for a part that is no magic trick and needs to be combined with a front suspension set up correctly, this is an application specific peice, and i dont feel comfortable making many recommendations without having personally used them on the street as well as the strip.
