: Coolant leaking from rear of engine Madgyver Feb 3rd, 00, 9:48 PM Found a leak this past weekend on my 283. It looked like it was coming from the rear of the block dripping on my starter but I could not find the source. Thinking it may be the intake but not sure. Any suggestions? It turned out to be the intake manifold gasket, made of metal, rotted out and leaked. This after 15 years...
