what exactly is valves unshrouded and bowl bended?

Don't take my word for it. . . .i'm no pro.

valves become "shrouded" when the valve is lifted to a certain point (usually full lift of close) and something is too close to the valve (usually the wall of the combustion chamber or cylinder) and this impedes the flow around the valve. To unshroud the valve the combustion chamber (or cylinder wall) is grinded on a bit unti there's enough clearence for the valve to do it's job.

I'm not exactly sure what "bowl blending" means but i think that's when the cylinder head's "bowls" are smoothed out, that means all the casting imperfections are smoothed and that's about all i know, lol.
