Nope, I don't think so. The RPM cam wants 11:1 or more SCR. I have actually ran that cam with the heads you have. It was a total stone below 3000 rpm. With 76cc chambers and flat top pistons, you'll only have about 9:1. Also it doesn't matchup with the intake. With the low compression you have, go with a cam no bigger than a 262 Adv Dur (the RPM is 308/318 adv).
