They are "Vortec" heads.
Yes any set of them will fit your 350, as long as they're from a V8.
You won't find them on cars. They come on trucks, 96 up IIRC.
When you go to the yard, don't ask for "Vortec" heads, by name; don't even mention the word. Uttering buzzwords like that in the presence of the people who own the parts and run the yards, shows them that you are a hot-rodder, and they'll add the extra special hot-rodder cover charge and markup percentage. Instead, just tell them you need heads off of a 96 or 97 pickup with a 350, or verbage to that effect; then do your research so that when they hand them to you, you know what you're looking at, and you can tell them "no, those are off of an older TBI 350, they're the wrong ones, they're not what I want" or whatever. The casting numbers you want will end in 906 or 062. Again, don't walk up to the counter and say "I want 906 or 062 heads"; people looking to fix their construction company truck don't say things like that.

To add, they also take a different intake manifold with 4 bolts per side that go straight down so your old one isn't going to bolt on.
Very easy to spot so as RB said be sure you know what you are looking at & just ask for 96.97.98 or 99 V8 pickup heads.
Lot of places try to pass off the pre 96 TBI head as a "vortec"
They will have the standard 6 bolt pattern except the center two will be angled slightly but still in essentially the same place as all early small block heads.
BTW, they are pretty cheap new like $550 complete or so, so you don't want to pay much for them & then have to pay again to get them freshened

If you want to keep your intake you are going to have to rethink your head choice ;)
The heads can be drilled for the early intake but the ports don't line up & the only place I have seen it done is in some circle track stuff where there are these stupid rules about not using Vortecs so some of the "other" guys make it look like they ain't Vortecs with the early intake,,,, of course we would never do that :D

While were on this subject how many cc's are vortech heads? And what size valves do they use?

Probably be best to check the local pricing as it varies from shop to shop & area to area
You will need to cut them about .030-.032 to get to 67cc's
I would charge $150 to flat mill them, correct the intake face & check cc's. on most heads.
I charge a little more for the aftermarket heads with the valve cover rail that sticks up as it takes longer to set them up
================
The Vortecs are 62-64cc's, most on the low side & have 1.94 x 1.5 valves
