I have an old '69 Chevelle carpet with a "Collins & Aikman, Made in Canada" tag on the back. I guess this was one of the companies that made carpets for GM of Canada. Just a little info for those restorers out there.

Was that 69 built in oshawa? Where was the tag positioned on the carpet?

Yes, it was an Oshawa built '72 Chevelle. The tag fell out of the carpet when I was removing it, but I think it was near one of the edges. Not sure on that. Some faded typing near the bottom: "9608326-CHEVEL 37-67 BKT-black 21DC" I made a mistake on the year in the original post.
