How do the brakets that hold the sway bar to the frame get mounted.I do not see any holes for bolts. Did wagons even come equipped with sway bars?

I did find the holes for the brackets. Still don't know if it mounts with nuts & bolts or some of those Large sheet metal screws. Also is a sway bar really of any use if driving in the city, straight most of the time?

Pat,
This one might be better in the Brakes and Suspension forum smile.gif

Yes, a sway bar will help for everyday driving.

The sway bar end links use a bolt, a spacer, bushings and a nut to mount to the lower control arm. To mount to the frame use bolts that attach to the caged nuts inside the frame.

Thanks, thats what I wanted to know is if there were the nuts already in the frame. I know this should have gone down in brakes and suspension, but I get quiker responses here. Thanks again!
