I just drove 1 mile to the grocery store and it was more stressful than my commute on the beltline. Where do these people come from?

It's terrible here too, got up to 77 today with all that sunshine, I don't know how I even got out of bed!

Love it, we have at least an inch and a half, and more coming, a man wants to go to heaven, and he's allready there.:)

This snow will be good for the hunt tomorrow, easier to drag the meat out.:)

Derrick: Your one sick puppy! Last year at this time I had the Chevelle out for Thanksgiving!! Didn't get our 1st snow till dec 22.

Snowing here still. Just starting to stick to the grass. Concrete is just wet. Supposed to get 1-3 inches by morning though. Hey its just winter in Iowa. Makes me think about all the summer heat and humidity and how much I complained about that. heh

i don't mind- it's probably the best cardio/upper body workout a guy can get. some people pay good money for the privilege of going to a gym to get a workout that isn't nearly as intense as simply shoveling a 40 foot driveway covered with 4 foot drifts in 5 degree cold.
then, when you're done, you can build a snow fort and pretend you're 10 again.

We barely have even a dusting here:hurray:As long as the weather is dry tomorrow, I will be going out to do a monster Thanksgiving day burnout in the chevelle for the kids :yes:(well and me too:D). I am about 1 1/2 hours or so north of Rachael and Kurt and 40 minutes south west of Rob.

They said ours would be lake effect snow, good two inches or more now.

We're far enough east of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay that we don't get the lake effect snow. Still supposed to get 4-8" of snow according to the weather man, which usually equates to 1". The snow has just nicely started and things are barely white. That's plenty enough. It can stop any time now.
