so my caliper were upside down don't ask how I got that all mixed up. But I have corrected that problem but now my braided line is tighter no kinks in the line and very little slack is this going to be an issue

No problem, there is no travel between the axle and the caliper. All are in fixed positions. If this was a front caliper there would be a problem as the caliper travels with the suspension, but the braided brake line would be in a fixed position on the frame.
