I am new here. Hello everyone. I am doing a frame off on my 1964 Chevelle. Car looks good except for the normal floors and lower quarters. But much to my surprize when I lift off the body. The frame is thin and split in front of the left rear wheel. Not what I was expecting. What years will fit under my 64? Also does it have to be from a Chevelle?

64-67 chevelle frames will fit. someone else will have to chime in regarding other make/model cars with interchangeable frames.

For a direct bolt in swap you'll need a 64-67 Chevelle frame, any 2-door or 4-door frame will fit. El Camino, wagon and other a-body frames are too long in the rear section.
