i have a carter afb 4760 comp. 750 i bought used. i put a new kit in it. it floods i hve set the floats over and over lower the float raised the float makes no difference. i have a mech fuel pump 6 one half psi.i have just about given up any ideas. help please thanks phil

Bad float, or bad needle/seat, most likely. Pressure is kinda at the limit of what the float can handle, too. Might want to try a regulator. Pull out the needle/seat and check it for debris stuck in it, too.
