I must replace my old used up gas tank in my 1970 malibu as soon as possible.
I have on order a new galvanized tank with the straps and sending unit.This will be a single fuel line from the tank to the fuel pump with no return line.
My question is the gas cap itself, should it be vented or non vented, the tank is not vented and i am not sure which gas cap for this new tank is the right choice.Many thanks to all for the help on this and to any reply,s.
