I have always had the dreaded lean in the front of my 64 chevelle. Everything new and checked, its just a problem. Does anyone make a air shock or something that will work on the front end without spending a zullion dollars? I just want it to look level.

You might have a broken spring. Air shocks are not recommended for the front.

Otherwise you could put a small spacer on the spring to get them level, that way spring rate will stay the same.
