Made a few mods over the winter so it will be interesting to see if I make any improvements...
Added Moroso rear drag springs
Added rear sway bar
Added edelbrock connection bars between upper and lower rear control arms
Set my pinion angle correctly (don't ask)
Added Crane Pro magnum rockers 1.52 ratio
Installed 50cc accelerator pump (fixed a slight hesitation when I used to wood it)
Mickey Thompson Drag Radials vs. ET Streets
I would have liked to add things one piece at a time to see the effect, but I just got carried away over the winter, lets just hope I don't go slower!
Thoughts?

I'm cool with it, though. I knew when I nailed the 1.51 sixty it was a good one. I got showered in a cloud of rust from the headliner. From now on, the rust-o-meter gauge is what I'm looking at for best times. The bigger the rust shower, the better the 60'. :)

funder1 Jul 12th, 09, 3:56 PM Hey guys, glad to hear of the great time your having at the track:thumbsup:. Cobalt Mike, (my nephew) neglected to tell me that he was going Friday. Well I had to work anyway:sad:!
My hope was that we might come out Saturday  with his car but there was a snag with getting insurance and the trailer needs to be modified in order to haul it:mad:! Anyway I think he is shooting for the last weekend in July:D!
I'm waiting on getting my engine back so that I can begin assembly and at least get my car drivable by September, then I can slow begin working toward replacing the drivetrain. Work has been slow this year, and has hindered in a speedy build. Project is '79 Monza Spyder. First will come HP, then I'll work on traction.

cobaltchev67 Jul 26th, 09, 9:46 PM Got any suggestions???
Well, the obvious answer from the majority of the racers in the group would be NITROUS.....barring that, I'd say headers is a good place to start, instant HP and air flow increase. How about your timing, where's that at right now? Jets? Squirters?
