my 67 h/top coupe has no rear screen,so i intend to make a template and get one made as i can not get one in australia can anybody tell me the glass thick ness and the height measurement in the centre at its maximin and also i was told that it is totally flat piece of glass is this correct thanks

The rear glass is flat for the coupe. I measured mine last night, the thickness is 0.200" in inches or 5 mm. The drawing I made is not real clear on here. The length dimension is 48 1/4 inches. the overall heigth is 17 7/8 inches and the middle dimension is 17 inches. If you are making a template from your car you can check it against these dimensions.
