Well, I was getting ready to race tonight, and as I was getting ready to time it, I heard an odd clunk from the motor...
After looking around for a while, I saw the outer hub on the balancer move forward and backwards!! :mad:

After close inspection, the outer hub has spun on the center. I can spin it by hand.
I am currently 45 miles from home, and I am not sure if it is drivable. I was going to drive it from work to the races, but its not going to happen now.

Is it drivable in this condition, or do I need to trailer it home?

If you can get the ring off, you can drive it home. The engine might vibrate a little, so no fooling around.

Well I put it on the trailer to get home.
I didnt want to risk my brand new motor.
Time to invest some money into a ATI balancer...
