I had NJ DMV do a tile search and got names & plate #'s going back to 1986. I tried the usual search stuff on the internet to get an address or email but everything is a pay service. Has anybody ever used any source for info they found helpful?

Seems not all these people would be unlisted but i cant get even phone #'s.
