DZAUTO Nov 7th, 07, 1:27 PM Sorry if I step on any toes, but the ONLYcars that I liked were the 66 and HEMI Dart! NO, I didn't like the diesel 70 nor the 57 (I don't like trifives done that way!). I'm not a huge fan of early Mustangs, but before I can even consider them, they need to have metal, chrome bumbers. Not painted plastic bumpers. Never got excited about Firebirds (except for the 69 TA). NONE of the swooshy, hi-tech, ground efects stuff does anything for me. Bottom line, you just can't go wrong with a well built, clean, nicely equiped (including factory air) 4sp Chevelle. Even many of you guys with automatic cars either like or have considered swapping in a 4 or 5 or 6sp tranny. Right?
