Where would you buy a shim for a later model three bar wheel to fit on top of a flat Hub?
. So in case your Steering head dont have a slot you could still use wheel and head together

He did say what he meant: ttt = To The Top.

I noticed that your question had not received an answer and I did not know the answer so I responded just to bump your question back "to the top" of the list in hopes other people would see it. 'ttt' is just and internet shortform.

Hopefully someone can answer the orignal question...

I have a mid year corvette with a flat steering wheel head no slot
I have a wheel with the traditional staggered spoke (ctr) which requires a slot
I can washer it up?? I thought they made a spacer that one of the vendors made for this problem?? So far I have a picture but looks like I will have to make one of my own. I did not understand TTT My Bad
