Hi! I have a 1970 El Camino, I took parts of the nose apart so that I could send it out tot he body shop. I got it painted, and now I'm in the process of putting it back together. I took the headights out, but not I can't seem to get them to want to stay on the car. Is there any other hardwear besides the two adjustment screws and springs? I took the lights out still attatched to the buckets and retaining rings. Thanks for any help!

Don't know what to tell you. The two adjustment screws, screwed into the nylon plugs, and the spring is about it. I assume they're about the same as the 70 Chevelle As I recall there is a difference between the inner and outer buckets and the right and left. Did you get them back in the right spots?

Note that not all the headlight buckets are the same, they should be lettered with a,b,c,d.

Are you having trouble getting the buckets to stay on the core support, or the headlights to stay in the buckets?
