The corners and edges on the repro panels are not as crisp and sharp as the originals. I'm specifically thinking about the quarter skin where it wraps around inside the tail light assembly on my 69. The edge needs to be pointier. What's the best way to square up the bend here without messing up the outside surface of the quarter?

Andy I had this on my Qt skins as well. What I did was, I got a 1" putty knife and rounded the corners a bit. Slid it between the Tail Panel and Qt from inside the trunk and tapped it out lightly moveing the putty knife little by little. My Qt's were fully welded on the car so the corner had to move and sharpen up. My Taillight Housings fit real nice now. My OnLy real complaint about my Goodmark skins is the guage of the metal, its way to thin.

Don't over do the putty knife work....just go slow so you don't go too far.

Unless the tail light area of your quarters are damaged, I've seen installs where the new and old panels are joined just short of this area. Also works well doing this going into the door areas. Nothing states you need to use the entire new panel.
