does anyone know how much a GEN VI Vortec 454ci engine weighs??:confused:

Maybe approx 700lbs + - 25lbs Fully Dressed With Starter,cast Iron Int & Ex Manifolds & heads,carb,water Pump,etc.

I just shipped a BB with Brodix heads & it was 600lbs with a mini starter, Complete with Ede intake & carb.
No accy's.. water pump etc
This included the plastic shipping container.

i was just asking because i am looking for an engine stand and i want to make sure i get one strong enough to hold it.
