I have seen the Supersoft brand and I believe folks
here have said to use the Softseal brand.
Are these made by the same company?
Is one better or worse than the other?
Which brand should I use for a 65 2 Door Hardtop and
where should I purchase them?
Thanks, Dan

I posted a review on '70-'72 A Body door weatherstrips in the parts reviews area. I used Metro Supersoft on a '70 442 this year. Doors shut almost as nice as they woud have if I had used GM seals. The Soffseals don't even compare. The last Chevelle I did a few years ago I used Soffseal. Had to slam the doors for 5 months until they soffened up enough to close decent.

Thanks for the reply Dave,
Seems like in the past... but I have not seen it discussed lately most folks here gave the edge to Softseal.
Then last week I looked at and talk to a guy with a freshly restored 70 and he said the supersoft worked great for him and told me to be carefull when chooseing the brand for the 65 I have been working on.
Anybody else with input for me on these weatherstripping brands
feel free to let me know what you used and how the fit was.
Give me the good and the bad if you have recently been down the door weatherstripping path.
