Does anyone know on a 1972 Chevelle convertible if there are clips that bolt on the body that hold the top of the rear interior panel close to the rear window or does the rear interior panel simply hook on the body of the car? I'm not referring to the clips on the side and base of the panel that push straight in. I know the front door interior panel has clips that bolt to the top of the door that the panel hooks on to so the panel is close to the window.

Are you talking about the pannel right behind the back seat? The one that would house the two 6X9's accessible from the trunk? Or is this on each side of the seat?

Either way, I would have to look to be sure.

I'm referring to the 2 side panels in the back seat area that have the window crank handle going through them. The top of the panel has window felt on them.

I think they are clips. I will check, and let you know for sure.
