Looking to spin the motor to 7500 rpms and make upwards of 1400 hp with a bunch of nitrous. I am wondering if a good forging will handle this reliably, ie, Lunati. If I do not need to I would like to save a few bucks and not have to step up to a Sonny Bryant.

Any opinions ?

Good stuff, but does not help the budget. I am not trying to be cheap I realize a motor like this needs premium parts, just wondering how premium.

If you are truthfully going to make that type of power, there is no room in your vocabulary for the word "inexpensive" I am personally partial to Crower, but any of the "good" crankshafts should work. I would figure on spending in the 2k range.
