Argh, clicking back again. I tightened the headers yesterday and no love. It's a clicking/popping noise.
Definately happenening under the hood. I am going to go work on it while its cold. Who knows, maybe it's the collectors. i've got my fingers crossed.
But the thing does blow smoke when i start it up and it runs super rich, so i think the smoke is just unburnt fuel. I hope I didn't break anything.
The first time around (http://www.chevelles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=168170), I could barely hear it while in the cab. However, this time around, I only hear it when I drive by another car and it reflects the sound into my car. or when I open the hood, it is definately coming from the passenger side.
My plan is to tighten the header bolts again and then tighten the collectors.
Should I run any other tests such as compression test for example?
