I have parking lights but no headlights. The other day I checked them for the hell of it and they came on to my surprise. I changed out the headlight switch but still have the same problem. Any ideas?

Check your circuit breaker, it may be bad. If there is a short the headlights are designed to stay on and even flash on and off in the event of an overload.

Ok, any special place I should look for it?

Might also check the dimmer switch.

:confused:do you have power going into the dimmer switch with the headlight switch ON??????? if yes good.
do you have power coming away from the dimmer switch? both on low+high beams?:confused:if yes good.

do you have power at the headlight plug?

hope you find the problem.....

It was the dimmer switch. The 3 prongs where you plug the power into where corrided and fell apart as I unpluged it. Works great now. Thanks for your help.
