Change the oil, then take it for a long cruise on the freeway. Whatever water is left will boil off and get pulled out through the PCV.

Like Tom said, don't worry about it too much man. Several months we had a flash flood, I came home to 4 flooded cars. I flushed out the engines with fresh oil and there's no evidence of what happened. Two of the engines were fresh, one a 350 and the other a 454. The oil looks great in both of them. I only flushed the 454 out once but I ran the 350 a couple of times through cause I started it with the water in the oil. I drained the BB first.

if it was just a quick spray of oil, then i wouldn't even bother with changing it. just take it out for a drive to get everything nice and hot.

Oil floats on water. If you are worried about it.... drain some oil, see if water comes out. If not... don't worry about it.
