Car is a 1990 Plymouth Sundance 2.2 auto

Car quite running..wouldn't start.. replaced fuel filter/and pump..
Ran ok until it got hot..then wouldn't go over 15 mph..or slightly faster..
Thought maybe the exhaust converter..replaced it..still after it gets warm
won't go over 15 mph..it was flashing 13/15 codes..thought maybe Map sensor..
Still same problem..I am at a lose on what to check..Any ideas?

Sounds like it could be an EGR valve, either not closing when the engine get to operating temperature, or not opeining depending on what type of system it is.
