Lobe lift - .3233 in, .3383 exh.
lobe separation - 110*
seat duration at .0045 288 in, 296 exh.
gross valve lift .550 in, .575 exh.
degree intake lobe to 104* ATDC
seat timing @.004 - int. 38 BTDC 70 ABDC 104*
seat timing @.004 - Exh. 83 BBDC 33 ATDC 116*
Turbo 400 Trans with 2500 stall

What gear should this set up run in the 12 bolt?

Also, what timing should this car be set at for optimal performance? I may be forgetting some items on or inside the engine. What are your guys' best bet on horsepower? Thanks for the help.
