this is my last race this weekend. i had planned to empty the cell and disconnect the lines from the regulator to the carb. Then pour in 2-3 gallons of a good quality race gas with a few ounces of 2 cycle oil and flush the system. i will take the carb apart and clean it for storage.

there are some guys around here that flush their systems with kerosene. what are you guys doing for winter storage?

I fill the carb with WD40. I also spray WD or trans fluid down the intake while truning the motor over.
