That's for the kit.
There will be s regular production guitar coming out equipped with this system.
bubba68ss Oct 14th, 07, 11:59 PM where/how big is the power supply?
wouldnt be too cool if the motors got out of hand and snapped all the strings in your face! lol
neat technology though. Ill stick to tuning by hand

Ok, so you add another 900 or so to the price of an already overpriced high end guitar!;)
Pretty crazy and sweet! :)

The way you talk about "over priced guitars".... I take it you're not a fan of made in USA products?

Not really. Think about it, how embarrassed(sp?) would you be if you were in the middle of a kick ass solo and your guitar went out of tune? Unless if you've got a locks, your guitar is gonna go out of tune no matter what. This device, although hella expensive, is really great, because all you gotta do is play, and no matter what, it'll ALWAYS be in tune! I dunno, that's just the way I see it :)
jtm71 Oct 17th, 07, 7:12 PM jimmy page was using one of these back in '98 by a company called transperformance...which i think was a bit more complicated, but also maybe a bit more effective for changing tunings on the fly..I know there are a bunch of zep songs in dadgad and other open tunings.
