I replaced my head light switch and dimmer switch, cleaned all the grounds I could find and still my passenger side high beam light slightly glows when the low beams are on and when the high beams are on the drivers side lights are slightly less bright than the passenger side? Did I miss a ground wire? Where are the wires grounded to on the car? This is on a '70 malibu.

there should beground wires from each headlight socket to the radiator support.
radiator support should be grounded to the frame/battery/engine/fender/body........
i like to eliminate problems with everything grounded....

Another member (who also has a 66) had this same problem. See this post (http://www.chevelles.com/forums/showthread.php?t=193577)

Thanks for the help, found a ground wire bolt stripped out so it would not tighten down on the drivers side headlight plug. Once repaired, all is well again!:)
